Alicia Machado found herself back on the block Wednesday as 'Juego of Villanos' rolled out another round of its elimination mechanics. The former Venezuelan beauty queen was selected for the second straight time, this round by fellow contestant Lis Vega.

Machado was placed among the condemned alongside Alex Caniggia and Alex Ghita, a participant she had bonded with early in the competition. Vega said she made the move out of concern for Machado's wellbeing. "For me, the most important thing is her health, and I believe it is at risk in this game," Vega said. The source did not clarify what she meant.

Machado responded by saying she is in perfect health and issued a warning. "If I stay, Lis Vega, I will make sure you are the next to leave," she said.

The confrontation follows the exit of Yina Calderón, leaving Machado with a new rival in the house. Two contestants have already left the competition: Sandra Itzel and Yina Calderón. A third elimination is set to be decided soon, drawn from the group of three now facing the vote.
