Residents of Concord, New Hampshire, can now shop at a new Marshalls location at 14 Merchants Way. The store began its grand opening at 8 a.m. on October 29, 2026. This marks the latest addition to the regional retail sector for the off-price retailer.
The new building is part of the Merchants Way retail area. Other businesses in this specific district include Market Basket, HomeGoods, and NH Liquor & Wine Outlet. The site offers a centralized location for various retail needs in the community.
This is not the first time Marshalls has operated in Concord. The chain previously held a storefront at 80 Storrs Street within the Capitol Shopping Center. That older location ceased operations near the end of October. The move allowed the company to consolidate its local presence into a single, newer facility.
Records from the retail history website Zayre88 indicate that the original Concord Marshalls opened in 1999. This timeline shows the brand has maintained a continuous presence in the city for nearly three decades. The transition from the Storrs Street site to the Merchants Way property reflects a shift in the city's commercial development.
The new store follows a consistent daily schedule. It is open every day of the week from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. This operating window provides residents with evening shopping options. The timing aligns with standard hours for other major retailers in the area.
With this opening, Marshalls now maintains twelve stores throughout New Hampshire. The Concord location serves as the newest entry in the state's network. The expansion continues the chain's growth across the northern New England region.
